The aim of Pehal at this stage is to strengthen the educational foundation of the children and young adults of Chamaru village. And for that we would ideally want one or more teachers to come and stay at the village for a longish period, a month or more, and methodically take the children through the basics of Punjabi, Hindi, English and Math.

In addition, we welcome teachers, artists and experts for short residencies at the village (one week minimum), to experience the village, interact with the people and share their skills and expertise, be it the arts, crafts, life skills, ecology, academics or more.

We are also open to online teaching for individual students.
