6. Invite experts to create a programme to –  

○ Create a happy child friendly learning environment.

○ Address systemic dysfunction and Upgrade the quality of education in government schools.  

○ Fundraise to cover infrastructural upgradation and administrative costs in lieu of the improving the education system  

○ Continue receiving support from government grants which will partly cover administrative costs including midday meals.  

○ Continue with the existing educational programs spearheaded by the punjab educational board such as "Padho Punjab".  

7. Invite experts to create a programme to –  

○ Train the trainers to teach first generation literate students.

○ Create educational tools and methodologies to effectively teach first generation literates.

○ Sensitize the teachers to the requirements and limitations of teaching students from weaker economic backgrounds.

○ Create a network with educational NGOs and invite experts to continually review and refine educational methodologies.

8. Build a homework room to facilitate focused studying for children who don't have access to conducive learning environments at home Employ specially trained teachers to run the homework room.  

9. Develop sports facilities and training to build sportsmen from the community and host inter village tournaments.  

10. Develop activity based learning modules that include arts, dance, drama and music aimed at personality development along with a wholesome schooling experience  

11. Make an inclusive reading friendly environment with libraries and reading rooms for children and adults to promote literacy and creative writing in Punjabi, Hindi and English.  

12. Organize annual book fairs and art fairs with book readings, interviews, storytelling and local art forms.  

13. Engage local communities to make the school self-sustainable.  

14. To build self-sustaining modules within a period of two years to replicate this in the neighbouring villages within a 5 km radius.
