Friends of Pehal can choose to sponsor special events organized at the village:

Over the next few months, we are planning:
• to hold a three-month long theatre workshop with the young
   adults of the village, culminating in a play.
• to convert a cart into a roaming library that will be taken
   through the village on a weekly basis
• also, a book fair is on the anvil around the beginning of 2023.
  In this we would like to invite publishers of Punjabi literature
  including children’s books, to come and set up stalls in our village.
  In addition, we plan to host lectures by high-ranking Punjabi
 writers and poets and also hold story-telling sessions.
