Considering that many of the children at the village come from families with very little, or no education, many of these children really do not know how to study on their own. We invite friends of Pehal to foster the education of such children. This would entail working one-on-one with the child over Zoom (that Pehal could arrange) or even whatsapp, and help them with their studies and homework on a regular basis, just as a parent would do for their school going child.

If people are unable to make a time commitment to personally work with the children on a regular basis, they could choose to sponsor one child’s after-school study with a private tutor.

There are also some children with special needs or even those with special talents in Chamaru, who are in need of financial support.
